			<description><![CDATA[ Okay....they are more like sweet pancakes....but I&#39;ve made them twice now and both times they were a hit. It&#39;s so easy. I used a &quot;add water
only&quot; buttermilk pancake mix and instead of water used lemon lime soda. Mix it a bit thin. It cooks up to be light and crispy. You can taste the lemon.

I filled them with a cream cheese/sour cream/sugar mix.

I&#39;ve posted about the use of PANKO breadcrumbs....but now, I have to add something else Guy from the food network told me:

Dry the onion out before starting the &quot;dredge&quot; process. He said to do it in 2 steps and maybe he&#39;s right. His idea was to bring the onion home,
cut the ends off and peel it...then let it sit in the fridge for a day...then slice it thin and put it back in the fridge for a day....he said that... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ but I started with homemade cherry preserves, add some lemon and orange juice to dissolve it, then add a cup of sangria wine. Put the sauce in the microwave,
and cooked for about 20 minutes.

Then I took some awesome lean Pork Chops, and sprinkled Italian herbs on one side, put narrow slits on the other side and spread apple preserve. Let sit for 10
-20 minuts, then put it all in a ziplock bag and let steep for 14 plus hours, then take out and BBQ on low for about 5 minutes a side.... ]]></description>

Just saw it at walmart for the first time like a week or two ago, and yesterday for the first time I saw Michelob's lime cactus... going to their website, I see another flavor, Tuscan orange grapefruit, which I haven't seen yet in the store. What's funny is these 3 flavors are apparently for summer, which is now over. Which makes me wonder if that means they'll be gone soon, even though they just got here. 			<description><![CDATA[ Ever since seeing WAITRESS I've been convinced that I need to make pies.  <br><br>If you've seen the movie, then you know that her pies all have very complex, odd and often negative names.<br><br>So far, my pies have been named after my dogs.<br><br>The first one was:  Dirty Dog Pie.<br><br>A quiche.  To the basic crust add 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg.  Fill with cooked bacon, chopped spinach and grated smoked gouda. 			<description><![CDATA[ For those who like pork, I did a great, 2 meal thing.<br><br>I don't cook every day or even every other day now so on I find I'm enjoying cooking much more.<br><br>Sunday I did a stuffed pork roast.  For the two of us, the roast was about 2 and 1/2 pounds.<br><br>The stuffing was 8 ounces of feta, crumbled, one 10 ounce package of spinach, drained and 2 teaspoons of sundried tomato pesto...I cut a "hole" down the center of  the roast stuffed, it as full as I could and then sewed up the end... ]]></description>
