Sorry bout that...he's been picking on me since this morning... He got home Monday instead of Sunday...cause he started running a little bit...like maybe a degree and a half ...fever...so they kept him another day to make sure it didn't develop into nothing else...and apparently according to his surgeon and his mother...this is just something he does after surgeries...cause he's done it the last 3 times...he has had work done on his ankle and a knee...and just like this time...he started running a small temp couple days after surgery was done... I just asked both of em..."Does this mean he's warped?"...they said "Possibly"...YES...my work is done...he is officially warped!...cause they both said so!...and who would know better than a doctor and a mom?..hhmmm?...... ducks sillystring...hey that's what ya get for picking on me ALLLLL DDDAAAAYYY!!!......

Back started bugging me...bad...first time in a bit..so I took one of my stronger pain meds...I take some others for the rest of the time when it ain't real bad...and it seems to be hitting me preeettyyy good...and JL took his...so we are both a bit out of it...he doesn't take his every day like he's supposed to...just when his shoulder really likes to bitch...like on his physical therapy days...which today was one...ohhh the language he useeeed????....whooaa!......so I guess you could say we are both pleasantly stoned right now...

It was a new and fresh look at the old series with just the right amount of tribute to it. All the memorable catch phrases where there. It was fantastic!

It's just Dad was more into the Classics as he calls em...so those are the ones I know better...plus by the time the Next Gen movies started I was getting into other shows and stuff...plus it's fun having the "There shouldn't be a Klingon on the Bridge because" arguments with Dad...I keep telling him "I know that Klingon said there will be no peace as long as Kirk lives! but damnit how do you know he ain't dead by the time that Shellhead (as Dad calls Warf or however you spell it ) got there?"...he still will argue even though Kirk died in that one movie...at least that's what Bear told me after he saw it... Why would my father let logic stop him...I had to learn it from somebody!......

It was one of the most intellectual shows out at the time. I just happen to like TNG a liitle better. It was some new ST.

Posts: 873 (06/03/2009 16:44) InnKids Wolfpack R Q M My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Oh I liked TNG the show...I just haven't seen much of the movies with that cast is all...and the original cast movies I watched mainly cause of my Dad...although he doesn't care for Wrath of Khan and I loved that one..he likes the one where they go get the whales ...I liked 2 and 3...but 4 was good too...He just didn't care for Khan and Search for Spock that much...but I think it had more to do with the guy who played Khan and that then the actual movies ...but with Dad who the hell really knows ...

Actually it hasn't been all that bad...just hectic more than anything else...plus I had to go to a wedding for someone I didn't even know..cause Dad said they was family friend...so the only people I knew were Dad...JL...and an aunt and a couple of cousins who were there...sooooo much the fun ...actually it wasn't that bad...the church had A/C which is always a plus...and not always found around that area...so lucked out a bit there... JL says hi...he's gonna try...and I stress try...to be on this weekend...that is if his mother doesn't wear us both out...she's got a garage sale going this weekend and we promised to help out...what the HELL were we thinking??????......
